I'm not trying to start an argument here, but I really like the cartoon cutscenes, I think they REALLY work for this game, I understand people think it was form laziness.. even if that's true I think it was a good move..

Playing this at the moment... had it on console when it came out, playing it on PC now with max settings and it looks much, much better. Different and brilliant game!

People REALLY need to stop ragging on the cutscenes art. There's nothing wrong with it, it suits the feel of the story in my opinion. Besides, it could be worse, like those lame blobs of pixels from the old school video games. So suck it up, you ungreatful, picky, whiny little children.

I like the style i am just not a fan of the animation. at times it just does not seem smooth. however I do like that it is a different approach from the run of the mill video game...

dont get me wrong, there cool nice easy to see everything detail, but i do wish they made it usin the best graphics we got atm, exactly like the game graphics for cutscenes, keepin that cartoon style colour but realism

@rayne7echo Sometimes game development is about more than using the best graphics available. By using flash based cutscenes the developers can retain the style of youth, a flowing stylisation and dramatic perspective.

I don't see why a lot of people talk crap about the cutscenes. I think they're awesome. Very smooth and almost human-like animation.

I really hope that, should they made a sequel, they keep this cutscene style
