U still have to pay for the game, but there no monthly fee for it. Its coming out for the PS3 and PC. The customization is the only thing you have to pay. At least thats what mmosite said, but the article itself is pretty old

actually it is F2P, they announce that it is since the game not only comes out for the PC, but also the PS3. The only thing you are probably going to have to pay is the customization items and other options.

NCSoft showcased several new MMORPGs including Blade and Soul, MetalBlack and Steeldog on NCsoft Media Day 2008 last July. NCsoft Media Day 2009 is set to happen in May, two months earlier than last year.

In addition, NCSoft is planning to develop console version Blade and Soul, but the release schedule is still unknown.

waiting on the demo that being shown from Gstar2010 i think it is

still too early in development to say how it will play. Looks good, but being developed for the PS3, i think there will be limitations and too much instancing to keep requirements down. It'll surprise me if B&S will be open-world like most mmorpgs. Maybe more along the lines of C9.

First of all im not a kid and I am a pc Tech. Second I never used Insultive words so I wonder who the kid is here. Third any game can run on a ps3 on an xbox or a WII its all about coding it for that specific platform. I have both my PS3 and XBox modded with Linux and i have done code runs ect ect and the XBox outperforms both in Code handle and output, while the PS3 has better data capacity. Thats about it. Ill take better looking with more load than on the fly load anyday.
