Considering that illegal aliens can and do get SSN's and cards, and, many people can and do work "under the table", and, the borders are open, who exactly are these cards supposed to protect, and from what?

Immigration laws are just ignored by our government politicians and do not enforce them.We have all the ID we need.All that need be done is ENFORCE THE IMMIGRATION LAWS THAT EXIST NOW.ALL WE NEED TO DO IS LEGALIZE THE USA CONSTITUTION,and politicians that honor their oaths to defend it and us.

This woman's background as Constitutional Attorney/Assistant in many High Positions was impressive and Rush was very interested in this info & was going to look further into it. The republicans CAN STOP this by REQUIRING & up or down vote for the record; & they must FORMALLY request the 1/5 Option & set the foundation that the people can have recourse & have the law found VOID. The Republican's can give the People Recourse if they will Exercise the 1/5 Option, FORMALLY. Exercise the 1/5 option.

I just heard on Rush Limbaugh's radio show some lady came on and stated to the effect that Article 1 Section 5 of the US Constitution specifically says "the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal" and that this provision being specific whereas the part in the same section says "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings" is general and trumps the general. "Shall" also Trumps "May".
