  • nice work man :)

  • Watch your back, you might git hit

  • awesome

  • Thats seriously awesome mate.. well done...

And for someone who is just starting to do them, I know what it took for you to get to where you are... thanks for posting this.

  • Try armwrestling

  • one day . . .

  • Fucking strong as.. Good stuff!

  • aaarghh

  • good job!

  • What did you do to assist your pullups when you were doing them assisted? I have never been able to get a one armed pullup, but I have succeeded in doing some very heavy weighted two handed pullups and recently have been doing a lot more muscle ups. Not sure how assist my one arm pull though to train it. Tips?

  • @muerteverde two armed weighted chins give you good base strenght but in order to get one arm chin your muscles have to get used to the move itself. Do sets of 5 one arm chins assisting with a rope so that the other arm is pulling from the bar and the other is assisting from the rope. concentrate on the move as you were doing an actual one arm chin. don´t know if that helps you at all. feel free to ask more

  • dude i hate you for being able to do this! cuz i cant! you said to start with assisted pullups? ...awesome strength man

  • @mastajupiter1031 that´s right. assisted but concentrate on each and every rep like you were doing an actual one. i recomend to do negatives at times, but not too often, and weighted chins at times aren´t bad either. variety is good for the progress i think if you find yourself stagnating

  • mad power man, wat was ur routine 2 get these?

  • @TheParm1990 first a lot of assisted one arm chins and negatives, and once you get one arm chins just keep doing them.

  • @TheParm1990 by assisted chins u mean the towel 1s or the finger 1s?

I can do 3 reps of negatives on each arm so ino im close. Thanks mayn

  • @TheParm1990 i did them both. they´re both good i think. no problem

  • @eeto91 Ok nice 1, il upload my vid once i get it

  • that is fucking good !

  • that is so impressive, niceee

  • hehe good goal dude! keep it up like this, you already have a good body and potential, so just keep working... you will see improvements before you know!

wanna see you doing 10 chin-ups after a while! trust me, is not that hard, you'll see it on yourself ;)

try to do them in the commando's style! it a very very good way to train your muscles at this level!

    good luck boy ;)

  • Thank you very much. Commando´s style?

  • @eeto91 yeah, i know a video where it is explained really good. Search on youtube 'Navy Seals Fitness Training - Part 4'. [watch?v=J4aKkETerN8]

After minute 2:20 he start talking about chin-ups (or pull-ups) exercises. Listen about the proper grip first!

At 4:45 he explains the Commando Style, im sure you'll have some fun trying this one.

Good luck once again, and have fun :)

  • Woooww! 3 menee jo O.O ja pian 4 xD 5*!

  • BEAST =D

  • Thanks for the awesome comments every one! I will upload a vid of 4 one arm chins as soon as i get to that level. Stay tuned! :D

  • Awsome stuff! I wish I one day can do those aswell.. I guess ill keep at it working on the negatives hehe. Any other advice, besides doing negatives? :)

  • I wouldn´t do negatives more than once a week. Assisted one arm chins worked for me well and i recomend you to train them a lot.

    -Eetu
