Advance your major skills..

When you advance 10 of any of your majro skills you will go up a level :P

Minor skills are good and useful but do not advance your overall level.

If it ever says you should meditate about what you have learnt, you go to sleep. Then when you wake up uve leveled.

If you're unsure just sleep every now and then

you don't need to be sure there will be a lvl up symbol next to your compass

@conns3000 go see your main skill and skill them and when something appear (you skill which is skilled) has increased you should rest and meditate on what u learn go sleep for at least 1 hour and u will level

Whenever I try this, any blackwood member I kill only gets knocked out, and gets back up shortly. Pickpocketing is out of the question seeing as how my character is a total beast and is ALWAYS detected.

get a scroll like flare make sure you have more than one then double click th scroll and drop the object you want to duplicate and youll drop the number of scrolls (you can only do it when you have one of the object in your inventory)

Hey, I have the same problem you did a while ago. In Fighter's Guild, during the mission, "The Hist", when I enter the Blackwood headquarters, they attack me but when I fight back I can only make them unconcious, therefore, cannot take the key from the body. Anybody have any suggestions? I'd really appreciate it

I got it! For anybody with this same problem, this is what I did. When you enter the Blackwood Company Hall, run away from the guys, don't let them atack you. Once they stop chasing you, go into sneak mode. Save here incase you mess up and need to try again. Pickpocket the one guy, I forget his name but the one who looks like a cat. Get the key from him, then run to the second floor, kill the guy in his room, get the key from his body, kill the guy in the third floor room, run in the basement...

.....do all that crap, then run upstairs, and kill Maglir. By that time, a guard was attacking Maglir so he took care of him. The other three Blackwood members were still alive but do not chase you once you exit the Blackwood hall. Complete the mission and your the GuildMaster of the Fighters Guild!!!

pickpocket the one with the bow when you enter the room, he has the key to the room on the third floor with the guy in it. after that, when you are in the room with the guy dont bother talking to him becuase he acts like any normal npc. Just kill him and get the key to the basement.

after that just go into the the basement and finish the quest :)
