We shouldn't judge people by their blood, but by their culture. Egyptians have a very North African/Berber culture with some elements similar to the Nubians in the South. Linguistically, Egyptians are Berbers and by the roots of that language, they are Berber. Berbers originated from the East when the Afro-Asiatic people separated from the Nostratic Super family. However, no one lived in North Africa.
