Some of this is true, but a lot of what she's saying is how to be friends with a girl. Guys who act like this just end up being friends and the girl takes advantage of them. Lol 'be yourself' is some of the worst advice I've ever heard. Many people's current selves just aren't good enough to achieve the results they want.
