It takes a definite knack to do it, but once you can it's easy! You'll also everyone else asking you to do theirs for them, which makes you feel pretty useful! :) I've got one of these and had found it fairly easy to 'pop-down' once I actually understood what to do...

@elmothesex Argos are selling Regatta pop up tents for around 14 quid for plain coloured ones or 17 quid for a camo or black pattern one. Get one while you can. :)

Jut got back from weekend away - the day before I left I was trying to work out how to fold it back into the back - well after 1 hour I gave up - I looked on you tube and I got these videos that only complicated things. Today I find your clip - THANK YOU - within 1 minute my tent was finaaly packed away - I was trying to fold it forward where u folded it backward.

just got mine today (eb*y).. pops straight up but takes 10 minutes to put the freakin thing away on the first attempt - now I've worked it out I hope to get quicker (however I'm sober at the moment)...

pop up tent conclusion:

* looks cool & easy to carry

* well made tent

* putting it up (whence battered) = awesome

* packing away (hungover) will be painfull

you pays your money and you takes your choice, I'm happy cos I'm heroically bone idile and one of my mates will pack it away ;)
