it is Mortal Kombat but in Mortal kombat Annihilation the actor of jonny cage asked to be killed off at the beginning because he knew it was going to be terrible

This is definitely the first Mortal Kombat movie. If you reckon this isn't in the movie I suggest you re-watch your copy to remind yourself.
