I agree with all your policies. I voted for you, as well as convincing all my friends to vote for you. The main problem was at first they thought I was 'taking the piss' out of politics. I wish you guys had a more socially acceptable nickname. I understand the point of the name and how it is appropriate for you. It just makes it hard for people to take you seriously unless they have the initiative to actually find out what you stand for.
@dannelchannel I've heard that argument quite a lot, and I really don't buy it. After all, can you think of anyone who would support their policies while at the same time be turned off by a name like "The Australian Sex Party"? That doesn't make much sense.
@RT83 Completely agree. Having the name "Sex Party" isn't going to turn away anyone who wants to vote for them, I mean, you'd have to be pretty immature to be offended by the word "sex". It's not the 1800's anymore.
I also thought this add was pretty clever, good work Sex Party.
