@carlamohor, I'll have to disagree with you. Its as good as Bette Middler's version, with the scales tipping a little in favor of the Divine Miss M's version (mho), but this is beautiful in its own way. You can't beat the Mamas and Pappas' superlative harmonies and melodies.So I will just say they are both equal as being the best versions out there.:)

I like the Beach Boys version of this but the Mamas and Papas version is my favorite. This was from their first album which was fabulous.
