im a die hard red sox fan, but jim thome has always been my favorite player. from cleveland to philly to chicago and now LA. sure fire hall of famer and just a great personality. im lucky enough to be able to meet him in LA in a couple weeks. GO SOX! GO THOME!

I dont care what people think of Jim. If you are a real fan of his you know what kind of determiniation he brings to every game. Even if it is not his turn to bat he always has a bat in his hand in the dugout. A very determined player and humble at best.
