That's an excellent design for a barge or even technically a large freighter.
This larger "Carrier" could be used to take barges across Oceans for example.

The TSL is a full ocean-going vessel and has many applications from short-sea shipping to special trans-oceanic project cargo.

The TSL would be the largest SWATH vessel built to date, and has a carrying capacity of 19,800t gross. We are working with a Dutch testing facility that has considerable experience with SWATH designs.
