Lip-synching is, by definition, not "live". It was the norm on TV in the 70s for artists to lip-synch, due to the cost of trying to move and sound-engineer a band for a one or two-song appearance. (And ABBA's backing band was huge: search their live concerts.) But this performance is not one that was lip-synched. A cursory listen will tell you there is no pre-recorded backing track and all sources confirm that this was wholly a live performance by ABBA.

First of all, I will make a comment on the video quality as a lot of people put on their titles. They will put label HD on content that is not High Definition.

Anyone that knows anything about video knows that this is not HD.

Unless this was encoded from a Blu-Ray disc, this is standard definition as most of us would expect.

I would accept this as HQ. Change it to HQ or 'Good Quality'.

The quality is exceptional for old clip though.

As for the video, I thought that the performance was great!
