I love Sean's videos. Being healthy has to become your top priority. I have found it hard work but am enjoying the journey. Getting healthy doesn't happen overnight and it does require a complete overhaul of your life. Is it worth it? Hell yeah!
Is fizzy water okay? I know that in some cases they use special pills that release carbon dioxide into the water but still this is as good as water..yes?
@IJUSTSUBSCRIBENOW Check the ingredients on the back of the bottle and google a few of them to see if they have any negative effects on your body.
You could save the time and effort (and in the long run, money) by buying a durable water bottle and filling it up at home or at a water fountain though.
Unfortunately, some things are unavoidable. Things like big food corporations that sell genetically modified crap. Google "Millions Against Monsanto" if you are really worried about your health. Monsanto has more control over your food than the government. scared? I'm just getting started
I agree 100% - no one can make you healthy but yourself, and that requires effort. So what price do you want to pay - the price for the effort of getting healthy or the one that goes with being sick, tired, and sad?
Eloquently stated. I preach the same things to all my family and friends and you're right... in one ear and out the other. All that we can do is keep motivating people to try and live like our ancestors. Big Paul Chek fan. Thanks for the home run video. Can I suggest the title "My Prescription for Healthcare in AMERICA." peace!
hey sean long time no talk how you been,i just found out im gluten intolerant and my cortisol goes above normal at midnight any suggestions to help me out? thanx
It reminds me of how muslim diet restrictions and especially jewish say you cant kill the animal painfully or make it suffer, cant use a serrated knife, must use a non serrated on the throat of the animal. And no eating corpses. Somthing to do with toxins being released by the animal. how can Religions of the world be using the formula but people cant believe plants would give fear. Or howabout a transplant recievee feeling the emotions of the donor. The skeptics think its too farfetched, sad.
ty paul and sean. paul this gentleman called BS when i said organic weed= no pranoia. I believe you paul and your credidentials are all the testament one should need. He said somthing about thc causing it and cbd content in thc reducing it or somthing. he also said organic vs non does not change the chemical make up of the plant. Right or wrong i cant understand how both arguments are backed by science and one could be so resilient to the other side of the argument...
i think the laziness of people is just amazing, few cook thier own food especially from scratch. We are a fast food nation. We could go to mom and pop resteraunts with higher quality for essentially the same price but we choose quick msg rich convience. And we pay the price.

awesome video I think this everyday! If we ate right and exercised we'd knock out one big problem. But health care still needs to be there.

Not only this, but it's a precursor to literally outlawing hollistic health and nutrition. "Codex Alimentarius" will label vitamins as toxins.

Sean, awesome video. The hardest thing for any of us to hear is the truth; which is also the most important thing for us to hear.
