Based on a schedule from late April of 1995, assuming the Nickelodeon schedule was the same/almost entirely the same, this was from a Sunday (in February, as someone pointed out) in the 9:00 or 9:30 AM ET block, as they aired a full hour of Looney Tunes (back to back eps). Most likely, this particular clip was for the 9:00 am half hour block, as I believe they usually previewed both the next show, and the next TWO shows to follow it, unless a full hour of one of the programs was coming up.

We used to have Nickelodeon in the 90´s when I was a kid, and there are 2 commercials I remember. On was this old lady passing some shop window, when suddenly she stops. If I remember correctly there was a song going "give me that, give me that, give, give, give me that" That´s all I can remember. The other one is about wire fence. It is dark, and there are some police lights and sounds. The cam gets closer to the fence, where is this big hole, a shape of some creature. Thanks!

This could have led to more SpongeBob theatrical films.
