  • @Wolfxinstein:- If the others do not want a professional manager, then you will not be able to appoint a professional manager. I suggest downloading the Consumer Affairs booklet on Owners Corporation Management. this will help you steer your fellow unit owners in the right direction and assist with a dispute, especially if there is a legal compliance issue. You can also checkout our website's Victorian information bank as it has heaps of free pages on it.

  • I'm living in a unit of four. We do not have body corporate. We handle ourself. But now there is a dispute and nothing is being done. Can I sign in an indepence BC or do all units have to agree to sign up BC? I know that three others units doesn't want an indepence BC.
