i dunno if the maxi player was lettin the other dude win but jeez how can someone playin as maxi who is a close up whiz char let astaroth beat em UP close seriously he is one of the shittest up close the only good quik move he has is the knee thats why when i play any astaroth ppl i always keep close cuz he can end u in 3-4 moevesdont give em distance and just be really aggresive and dnt give em no distance and if u can see that quick knee parry and grab or gaurd impact it for a bit more damage

no, if the attack rushes you, then u use bullrush to knock them down, then use power attacks while there getting up, i have 360 version btw. I have mastered asteroth.

Astaroth is only good if the attacker doesnt rush you, Thats why if someone uses Astaroth I use Vader, Because Vader can rush him better than anyone else since he can link throws and down attacks with ease. But my friend MrMark is really really really good with him, I bet he could even beat you with him.

You should set health to normal and not 200% or at least play only with special custom characters cause when you got 200% you dont care much about anything else than ring outs.

It is ok to practice but in my opinion it upsets the balance.

wow, either the guy using Maxi really sucks, or he was lagging something fierce. also, i've only really fought against Astaroth, but i know there's a combo where after you stomp on the ground and the opponent flies in the air, you can grapple him. not sure what it's called but you might want to look into it. anyway, props on the win bud.
