  • @Tsagia It grows about 5 times this size i guess.

  • that was cute.

  • He's a bit pissed right?

To see he's blowing up his chin...mine does that too when he's angry...;-)

  • @Infidelamsterdam If I remember correctly, they change to this hue of vivid green when they're anxious or scared, so this chameleon might be pissed as well, but is more likely scared to death.

  • very pretty chamäleon!

  • awesome color

  • thats the coolest chameleon ive ever seen

  • i cannot agree more with you. but hating humans doesn't change the situation, does it?

  • I guess not... but they sure do go on my nerves ....

  • well than do us all a favor and end yourself! wherd.

  • Don't feel sorry, studies done show that captive chameleons are actualy way more happy than wild ones. In the wild chameleons are stressed no less than 75% of their lives. In captivity its more around 10%.. discovery channel had a special on it you should check it out its good stuff

  • I saw the discovery channel study as well. If the owner knows what their doing and cares for it well, the chameleon will have one of the happiest lives of its kind.

  • i hate you too

  • k alien

  • My Panther Chameleons have a larger, cleaner, safer environment then they would EVER have in Madagascar. They have their own trees. Predator free. They are kept in absolutely perfect conditions, and live twice as long as they would in the wild. Furthermore, by breeding them here, working with only the healthiest, strongest animals with the best characteristics of their species, I insure that they will be around for generations to come, and I help stop wild collection.

  • Generalizing & hating all humans is childish and shows that you really just hate your situation, or over simplify things. Not all people who keep animals and work with them do harm. I'd never sell one of my Chameleons to anyone under 25. I give ongoing support for the life of the animal, and make them learn their care BEFORE they get their animal. If that doesn't stop them from making a rash, disposable pet choice, the $500 price does. I also work hard to breed captive corals to save the reefs.

  • i think your either lying just to look like you care loads and your saying people under 25 cant learn what you so called teach them nd crap

  • gaybo u r human

  • Comment removed

  • @meminchii i cannot agree more with you but hating humans really. if you say that you hate your self

  • @meminchii YA DUDE FUCK HUMANS HATE EM

  • @meminchii for some reason i think they probably do better in a home with humans cause then they are less likely to get attacked by predators and they have a constant food supply *unless the owner dosent feed it D:

  • @meminchii lol

  • @meminchii

So you hate yourself, your family, and friends?

  • Comment removed

  • @meminchii Did you know. Keeping most of the animals actually SAVES the ones in the wild? I guess you didn't, zoos have been working hard in order to preserve animal's habitat so they wouldn't go extinct. Animals in zoo are already too tamed to go out in the wild, they'd die from starvation. Most of the enclosed animals are off springs of that particular species rescued YEARS ago. So instead of blaming the humans, why not thank them? -.-" I don't know what the heck you're thinking.

  • @meminchii You belong in a cage with animals.

  • @meminchii You best be trollin', captive animals are very happy in human homes (if raised correctly with love). If crocodiles and gators can be domesticated then humans are doing something right.

  • @meminchii i have the solution "suicide"

  • @meminchii

i hate human who said they hate human but they are still doing stuff which human do, like watching clips on youtube...

if u really hate human then find a jungle and live in it~

  • @meminchii But they are safe, happy, well fed and have a longer life, also lots of animals would be extinct if it wasn't for captivity, ps I hate you!

  • really nice

  • chameleons turn jet black when they feel threatened.

  • where exactly is this place in india....??

  • Hyderabad, state of Andhra Pradesh.

  • @oortclouddomicile can u get them in england ?

  • awesome!!! i found one on my porch one day. i have no idea how it got there. turned black when it got stressed :P

  • lol realy

  • They don't like it when you touch their backs

  • @splinky0092 or their wangs

  • Beautifull Colour :)

  • Beautiful :P!!!!

  • Hey I'm also an indian, but studying in Singapore. Where did ya find him? In the forest? B'coz I've haerd that Chameleons are rare in India... and that there's only a single species in India...

I'm going to India for a visit soon. To Kottayam, Kerala. But will go to Bangalaore first.

Can you tell me how to find one dude?

    Thanks a million.

  • no, i saw it hanging on to a small isolated sapling near a compound wall. i don't stay near a forest though there are a few patches on the city outskirts. i am not a tracker of any sort. just come across them. so i cannot really advice you on finding anything.

yet to see a snake in wild.. will definitely take a video if i see one.

when you come here, visit some wildlife sanctuaries or national parks. there are many in kerala and near b'lore. just plan your trip well and all the best.

  • they are not rare, no. but very hard to spot.

  • I found 5 snakes near my house.

    2 ordinary garden snakes.

2 northern ring neck snakes. (I actually found both under my welcome mat and I thought thy were dried up worms until I noticed it's golden rind around it's neck)

    1 Northern Water Snake.

I dont actually search for them, I accidentally stumble across them.

It would be awesome to find a chameleon though.

  • Man! Where do you live? Are you an indian? If you are, did you catch it or buy it?

  • yep. Hyderabad, India. Caught it and released it 3 days later.

  • it's a panther

  • Not a panther dude. And not a veiled

  • That is not a female veiled, I own them! My best geuss it is a male carpet chameleon.

  • u know the ans of the million dollar question, i am sure

  • well said

  • beautiful chameleon ;)

  • What kind of species it's that u cand send to italy ?

  • no.

  • amaxing colors!

  • awesome chamele it is cute and tiny

  • i think pacha is a cute name :D

  • yes.

  • I love Chameleons! They're so cute! But aren't they like really hard to take care of? That's just what I heard....

  • yes.

  • ??????

  • That is a female Veiled Cham. and poking at it like that will cause stress for it and lead to a shorter lifespan. . .just b/c it is all bright green and tail curled doesn't mean its ok while on your finger/body.

  • you have no regard for sweeping generalizations about other races and religions - or spelling, for that matter

  • ur retarded u better not say that is saudi arabia, they'll come chop your head off! Thats what happened to this guy who made a movie and it made fun of muslims or something, and then a muslim guy came over and chopped the movie guy's head off while he was riding his bike!!!!! Its true..

  • im not affraid of sum DUNE COON

  • They guy who got his head chopped off is Van Gogh's great grandnephew, Theo Van Gogh in case you want to know.

  • that is not a female veiled chameleon i have three and that is not one it is a african pygme chameleon you are retarted

  • hey, there really liked this video, i just want to know that where in delhi you can have this, i am planning to buy one, hope to hear from you soon, god bless.............

  • Bud bud bud. Bud bud bud-wei-ser.

  • So cute,

    I wish i had one..

  • I think its very kool, and i wish i had a chaemeloen like that! you sir are lucky!

  • growing up is part of the problem really.. children are more sensible.

  • Didn't look like a happy chameleon. Really pretty, though.

As for all the racist posts, really, folks? Really? Grow up.

  • that looked really pissed off is tht its true colours when annoyed?

  • It didn't change color...Or it already did? Is that your chameleon's color when stressed?

  • n1 starting it look like a toys coz i so small and de colour look fake no offence but when is moving i thought it wounded up haha jk

  • hehe.. interesting to hear ur tamil.. and even more interesting to see a tamil fellow hold a chameleon.. non-rural folks mostly dislike these kinda animals.. so ur pet changes color or what? i didn't see any significant change in this video.. and indian chameleon aah? i have only seen an oonai masqueraded as a chameleon.. i have never come across a cham in india

  • there are loads here in hyderabad, mostly hanging out on trees in the outskirts. it's called pachondhi in tamil, clearly different from onan. yes people get confused with the english terms; they call onan chameleon not realising that the english equivalent is garden lizard.

you got a small chameleon cage in children's park in guindy, chennai. i have not spotted one in the wild in TN though.

i have seen people say that it's poisonous, evil or other such nonsense. even witnessed a person kill one

  • my chameleon don't get stressed when i handle her, or get mad when i rub her back. && ur cham is very pretty =) what type of cham is it?

  • I was thinking this might be a panther or jackson chameleon, I am leaning more towards a pather chameleon because of the beautiful colors. What a beauty!

  • very very beautiful

  • kk thanxs

  • y rnt u suppose to touch its back ?? w,b

  • because, apparently, chameleons don't like it. they feel threatened. just like humans... the only parts on offer for contact with strangers are the palms.

  • Now that's a tiny chameleon

  • so nice kill it ! and eat it dont touch its back !;(

  • Nice color! like bright neon green =D Doubt it likes to be held like that with people staring at it and loud background noises and stuff..especially it being a baby and all

  • wow its colors are so beautiful and bright, but you are not supposed to touch it on its back.

  • veiled or yemens chemeleon

  • oortclouddomicile, which kind of chameleon is that? i really want one of those

  • dont pet their backs.

    your not supposed to :(

  • my eyes!! they burn!!!!

  • That's the most beautiful I've ever seen!

  • what kind of chemeleon is that?

  • Is a Chamaeleo Chamaeleo is in dangerous

  • bongo bongo bongo

  • ooGA BooGa bOOgA

  • interesting. if you ask me, i would say it is ill even to keep them away from their natural habitat.

  • your not suppose to pet them in the back cos they die of stress

  • no thay dont ,thats untrue when stress thay can change to a dark borwn and hiss and open there mouth

  • is that a calyptratus or pardalis??

  • no calyptratus and no pardalis!

This is a Furcifer lateralis :D

  • he dont get stressed by humans handling them its jsut cos ur black haaha

  • oh how i wish i was some shade of green instead of one of those monotonous human-brown shades. sometimes i look at dogs with awe. they have natural designer skins!

  • Not sure what your getting at

  • oh shit!

  • your not suposd to stroke them they take that as a threat stupid and you can handle its how you gain trust with them as babys but they go on your hand when you offer you never pick them up

  • yeah.

  • i have a 5 months old female she hasnt been eating for 5 days what shall i do?? is there any vegtable u recomend?? i got them for a few days only.

  • she might have started her egg laying early but it's a long shot. You have to bring her to a vet or she WILL die.

  • Next time you find one, try not to touch its back :(

  • okay, but that wasn't me. i'll tell my cousin not to.

  • beautiful maybie 1 of the prettiest ive seen

  • thank you, sefasa.

  • Chameleo dilepsis with nice colours. Soon i'll get a trioceros hoehnelli...a mini godzilla

  • what type of cham is that?

  • he was stressed. it's all too apparent, isn't it? anyway, i released him where i found him the very day i took the video.

you can be assured he's happy now.

here, people kill chameleons when they spot one. they think chameleons are venomous and bring bad luck and stuff like that.

  • that's one very very happy little chameleon there :D

  • well hes actually stressed the fuck o
