Dude.....I had the worst experience. I went to some random small one in Akihabara, and they ripped people off. First, they charge per table per hour, then they overcharge refrigerator food, then the girls were ugly, and they also tried to rip me off. Oh, sir you have a camera, picture or video is going to cost you. HELL NO. I just deleted all the pics I took of them. Rip off. I should've went to the one that had the bigger ads because they have more money, but the one I went to was closer.

@xSakuraKurox I meant no offense. Another thing is I never been to Japan so I dont know any better.. There are famous Japanese people of mixed race like Saori Hara and Hitomi Aizawa. I know there is another race of people who live in northern Japan who are related to the Eskimos. Maybe sometime back Japanese people intermarried with some of those people. That might explain the dark skin.

I would go to one, I think its kind of formal, and there are a lack of good tea rooms in my area. there are about 5 and they are mostly contry style. its nice but not as dressy as maids.
