the picture is from the Tsubasa Chronicles. That anime has a huge quantity of characters made by clamp (if not all).
also, syaoran was indeed a cardcaptor back in those series, too.

You're almost right, but "Break the Sword of Justice" is a Syaoran theme just like "A Song of Storm and Fire".
