@MetalLion64 Well if you put them to sleep, they'll eventually wake up ever few turns and you'll have to do it again. Paralysis allows them to attack, but only sometimes, and is permanent unless they have a special ability or move that'll heal the condition. But I'd look on Serebii.net to find which affects the catch rate more. I believe sleep.
