Love the New Released Chinatown Version of this Live souncheck Didn't I For once Thin Lizzy Record Company didn't go so cheap out and released all sounchecks with prior sound, wish they did same on Still Dangerous album, I get so angry I bet they had Johnny and are You read and still in love and more tracks from that concert hold in for 2nd release... well Im happy I got this gig and It's Prior sound they over did them self realy

i was at this gig it was in the city hall i also got to meet all the band what a day the sun was out i also have some photos of the sound check the whole gig was record on audio i have seen them with many lineups and enjoyed them all a few years ago i went to see them and brought my son along but sadly phil was not there

I love the way Thin Lizzy always played allover Ireland, even when they made the major leagues. Bands like U2 seem to think Ireland begins and ends in Dublin.

Nope, I am definitely not Brian Downey.

I couldn't really answer this question in one YouTube comment, but I'll attempt to answer this on my blog soon (see my channel for that). A lot of stuff floats around on the net in various places, but it also helps knowing some people and making connections. There are several people with collections much bigger than mine, although thanks to a few people I can boast a pretty nice one now too.

Another thing I will say, and it's just a general observation I have made and some others have made, that a lot of Lizzy collectors don't easily part with their stuff. Don't really understand why...you can't take it with you to the grave and if you have something and don't let other people hear it, then does it really exist at all. (If a tree falls in the forest...)
