It's funny to me how little you actually know. QB rating is based on many things, which number of completions is one of them. You can have an amazing QB rating by going 1-1 for say 10 yards or so. QB rating is an overrated stat, Rivers doesn't say anything when they lose? He's the first to comment on the loss other than Norv just watch the post game conferences. Oh and by the way dude in order to get to the superbowl you have to win in the regular season as well as playoffs - which Rivers does.

Oh and LT's injury? He messed his knee or toe initially against the Colts in 07, and then eventually messed his ankle up this year again, he also quoted in 08 that he could not make any left cuts due to the stress that it puts on his big toe. So im going to have to say 07. Also I don't mean to make this sound like an argument, sorry if it seems that way, but I'd rather just have a good conversation or debate rather than a piss off match. its all good but you are wrong LT got injured in 06 in the playoffs when they played the colts he did a spin move and a defender hit him in his knee basically landed on it on purpose and LT tore his ACL then he messed up his toe the next year and said he couldnt make any cuts and this year was semi the same he had turf toe for like 2 weeks now he is healthy nothing wrong with him and he just isnt doing as good as he used to

lol buddy we never played the colts in the 06 playoffs :P it was 07 we played them and thats when LT got hurt, like i said knee injury, which a torn acl is a form of. So technically i am right, but you figure he doesn't have Hardwick this year assigning blocks, which Mooch doesn't do as well and not to mention a first time RT in Dombrowski. How about Philip Rivers saving us the win today ;) AND that final pass was to Malcolm Floyd to get us in FG range and to win the game.

Yeah I felt for Chad after his td that was an emotional game but regardless of all of the drama surrounding it the bolts found a way to win which is what matters most. I really do feel for the Bengals organization and Chris Henry's family because of how he was turning his life and career around. Anyways Titans on Xmas should be an interesting match up. Plus Jamarcus Russell gave us the division today by beating the Broncos :P shocking.

The NFL should have NEVER allowed an 8-8 team to host a playoff game over a 12-4 team. I don't care if one team won their division, it's all about wins. No team should have to do more in their season to host a playoff game because the other teams they face are tougher. The Colts had no reason to lose this game, but the Chargers are lucky for hosting it. Playing at home is a HUGE advantage. Chargers were the most pathetic team entering the playoffs...and they won a game, then got blown out!!

And I don't know about the Chargers being lucky considering the fact that they've beat the colts 4 of the last 5 times they've met including 2 of those games in Indy so i'm not sure that even if the colts had home field that they would've won considering how big a choker Manning is.

The Colts still could have lost even if they played at Indy, but it still isn't right that they had to play in San Diego. But seriously, take a look at the teams they could be facing next. The Titans are overrated but they should still be tough figuring the game is away. Titans are an easier matchup for the Bolts. The Steelers have the best defense in the NFL but a somewhat lousy offense. A close lower scoring game.
