nice one. always noticed it in historical stuff from horus thru to our MI5 logo (dinky one at the top of the triangle). I suppose it symbolises power and intelligence.Never noticed it in pop culture tho! I guess it inherits the symbolism from history giving the stars, hardmen, badguys/girls that extra subconscious punch. maybe. ASDA was busy wasn't it?

tralflamadorians from slaughterhouse five look like an upright plunger with one green eye to humans.. and they told billy that the way they explain to each other what humans see like is like a train with one very long eye tube looking forward down the track. but they're multi dimensional time beings who can see all time at once. they might look different to non humans=) I wonder what that all means?
