Slapping needs to be polished up, but otherwise pretty good. This is definitely a challenging riff to get down. Also, I agree with Carlos - the Schecter Elite 4-string is an awesome bass; good for slapping, ultra-fast finger style, tapping, you name it. And it's cheap, and sounds amazing.

mines a vintage. I wish it was a musicman. if you get yamaha, make sure its the decent ones. the cheapo ones look really gash and sound terrible! I know from experience!! not a les paul or SG bass though. uurg people with those make me wanna shoot myself.

thnx. I actually got into a competition at school with this. played it infront of about 200 people.(playin country music lookin ridiculous) didnt win it unfortunately. took me ages to get this and I still aint got it complete. and i plan on gettin a nu bass soon.
