There is no thing as 'time', it doesn't exist in the sense most people talk about it. All there is, and all we can ever know is one moment, flickering in the dark, and how this one moment changes is what we percieve as time.

Time is an illusion...

I only wish i could have heard what the hell he was saying a bit more, not taking away anything from your playing, which was unusually nice.

time is real. we just don't fully understand it. it seems very pliable, it can warp. coupled with our perception of time and our physiology and place, it's even more difficult to fully understand time in and of itself [if that is possible... hm] when filtered through so many variables.

that's my take at this moment. ;)

time is not passing...it is an illusion....you get matter that changes and see the effect of time passing or is it really just the same vibration? in fact...the only time is NOW

Oh yes indeed, time is surely an illusion as is matter and just about everything else. But how could anything not be, with our limited senses? Things are what they are, to US.

Squee and I were just having a fun conversation about our human PERCEPTION of time - not TIME itself - and how it changes with more or less activity. :)

Think about the statement "The only time is NOW". Does it reeaaallllyyy make sense? That sounds a bit new-agey, don't ya think?

hmm 1st i agree with, perception in my op. is not the highest realm of observance if you want to know what is ----i will say that too ---and yes, NOW is the only time-- the ability to be in the NOW is the ability to Breathe

I can agree with you I about NOW is the only "time" in a sense, if you simply mean that the past no longer exists and the future hasn't happened yet.. But I'm not sure.. are you trying to say something deep and meaningful?

I assume you're speaking metaphorically. Can you put that in scientific terms that I can understand so that we can communicate? I'm quite serious. If science isn't your thing, then then please explain your metaphors
