I remember being frightened by the gorilla holding the head and the handless mummy on top of the ghost train castle as a child. Glad to see it is still there. Looks like they got rid of the mummy though. Thanks for posting this anyway. Brought back good childhood holiday memories.

The original Ghost train was a bit further out than it is now.

Ghost Train is where the old hall of mirrors used to be(do you remember it ? with a laughing man sat on a box,where the entrance sign is now).

Where are you from? - I'm intrigued, do you actually enjoy spending time in Weston? After living here all my life I just don't understand how people can think it's a nice plcae to go. No offence - just my opinion.

I live in Bristol,and it has lots of childhood memories for me(fishing off Burnbeck,the waxworks etc...).

Going towards the pier the street with all the amusements on, the marks and Spencer side, about 2 up.

It sadly closed in the early 80's and it had an upstairs chamber of horrors which was odd.
