  • i remember the good days at the pier damn that fat fryer!

  • I'm feeling a bit down right now too.

  • I remember being frightened by the gorilla holding the head and the handless mummy on top of the ghost train castle as a child. Glad to see it is still there. Looks like they got rid of the mummy though. Thanks for posting this anyway. Brought back good childhood holiday memories.

  • Scratch that the mummy is still there I saw it very briefly at 3:15

  • The original Ghost train was a bit further out than it is now.

Ghost Train is where the old hall of mirrors used to be(do you remember it ? with a laughing man sat on a box, where the entrance sign is now).

  • Where are you from? - I'm intrigued, do you actually enjoy spending time in Weston? After living here all my life I just don't understand how people can think it's a nice plcae to go. No offence - just my opinion.

  • I live in Bristol, and it has lots of childhood memories for me(fishing off Burnbeck, the waxworks etc...).

  • i'm from weston. where were the waxworks?

  • Going towards the pier the street with all the amusements on, the marks and Spencer side, about 2 up.

It sadly closed in the early 80's and it had an upstairs chamber of horrors which was odd.

  • A nice little video that. I'm more than happy to include it as a video response on my Weston Super Mare film. Cheers.

  • Thank you very kind
