I wish people would stop holding up the Pavoni and Achille as though they were comparable. They cost about the same, but that's it. The Gaggia Achille is all plastic on the inside. The Pavoni solid, reliable and you'll spend more time learning how to pull the perfect shot instead of gingerly trying to bring the lever down without the cracking the plastic gaskets and cylinder.
The machine on the video was problem free, but the plastic piston/cylinder is a bit scary, like a ticking time bomb, you never know when it will crack.
