  • Vitamin E is not the most potent. Glutathione,

    SOD are the most powerful. GliSODin and then

    Idebenone, followed by Lycopene, Grape Seed

    Extract and others are hundreds of times if

    not thousands of times more powerful than

    the usual vitamin type antioxidants like

    E, C, Beta Carotene, etc. It's a myth...

    The most important Vitamin is D3, and it

    should be taken at least twice the RDA.

    The most important mineral, Magnesium.

    markdown01 thanks for that - i so agree, do you know what a good source of D3 is, i want to get off supplements in capsules completely... i am so sick of the propaganda!

    i am searching what good sources of these things are... but can not find much on them, what types of raw foods are these found in...are these from sea veggies?

  • They are part natural sources, part created by some chemical process. My best advice is to Google each one and do some research. I take supplements, and I always will. It's nearly impossible to get enough of every nutrient, every day, and additional concentrated amounts of these antioxidants with diet alone, I've found.

  • vitamin D3 is produced by the body under UV-B solar radiation. this includes solarium too.

    the amount of D3 in food compared to sunlight is low. highest amount in food that i found is in cod liver oil. vitamin D supplements normally have only the D2 vitamin. the body can store D3.
