So, looking at one of your other videos I am guessing this cell separates water with an electrical current which hooking up to your vacuum port will inject oxygen and hydrogen into your air intake increasing your gas mileage and also slightly increase your HP... is that correct?

Not exactly. The moe-joe cell runs on very similar principles to the joe cell. do a search for the moe joe cell on google and you'll see my page come up first. it's more of an orgone technology or scalar energy than regular electrolysis HHO type of thing.

They have been spinning for a very long time, if you believe in physics and time, and they show no signs of slowing down. Are they not part of the 'real' world? What about the food chain or the water cycle? Are they not closed systems? Perpetual motion? Really depends upon how we look at things, doesn't it. Just a thought.

anyone that falls for this crap apparently failed at basic chemistry. Electrolosis on water with a electrolite catalyst (yes ones required at those voltages) = Hydrochloric gas acid, and 98% of the gas that is produced is rendered back into a water state by the time it reachs the engine block. This eccess water and hydrochloric acid will not only degrade your milage but destory your engine.

the problem is your logic is flawed, the concept of scientifc advance does not work that way. All major advancements in science have been based around princibles and laws that have evidence and proof supporting them. The concept of pulling more energy from eletrolosis then you put in (in the case of electrons) has been proven not even remotely plossable . There are ways of produceing energy from water electrolosis is not one of them, nore is it "free energy".

Free energy is demonstrated in a simple windmill. No, not more energy comes out of the system than goes in. Just the OPERATOR gets more out than he/she puts in.

To be honest, I don't know if it is HHO or not. My hunch is there is some HHO produced along with H2 and O2 and other gasses, probably many. Walter Russel believed there were many unspoken and unwritten elements before hydrogen. could be some of those. I am leaning toward neutrinos being produced, which power the car, but you wouldn't see them as bubbles on the surface like that.

what does the joe cell do after its installed?

This is a moe joe cell, by the way, but it acts as a joe cell, only more efficiently. It provides an energy to the engine, which gets combusted in the pistons, when the high voltage ignition spark fires. we're not really sure what exactly the fuel is that does this. Do a google search for the moe joe cell and follow links to my website for more info.
