Is there any way you can simply dry it outside? Where I live (Nor Cal) it isn't humid and there is usually a light breeze. Just dry it in the shade or something?

you forgot to mention proper humidity levels(50-60) and how to slow drying process if its too dry like 30-40% humidity, we dont want it to taste green or do we? what about the temperature range?
