  • ive noticed that this happens to me only when i sleep on my back. Im not sure why but never on my side. Only when i wake up and im on my back.

  • lol I hate these... my attacks always involve involuntary movement of the eyelids so whenever I am conscious I can see everything and hear everything but I can't control my eyelids. Very irritating and scary... I also notice my hallucinations are more audio based rather than visual. Visuals usually involve visual snow and foggy/strange appearance to everything. It's difficult to explain but trust me it is not the sort of thing you want to go through without proper skills on handling your mind.

  • You failed to portray the extreme terror felt so I say the description documentary is more appropriate

  • if the vision in the paralysis were false, show me one of positive stuff happening that make you happy... demons are in the room with you.. repent and turn to Jesus for salvation.

  • @AlanahMcgee93 its not funny once it happens to you; suggestion; stfu...

  • Yes that's what goes through my mind when I realise I'm paralysed. Usually only one presence there I can't see. Last time four years ago, was a women (I just sensed it very strongly, can't explain) who sunk in to my body and breathed for me. I believe it is some kind of spirit and you are most open to it when you sleep. Also being very stressed or unhappy perhaps invites negative energies to you? I assume they are negative because it is so scary!

  • I used to have 2 episodes a night for 2 weeks, and once a week since I've been 13. At the end, I wasnt scared anymore, I told myself : I'm gonna try talking to it, with my mind at least(since you cant speak) so when I had my SP, there was a man standing next to my bed, he started moving on my bed saying creepy things, and then, I thought about something funny I had seen in a video, and then the entity started saying things I remembered from that video. It's all in your head.

  • EAT RAW GARLIC BEFORE BEDTIME AND PRAY OUT LOUD TO JESUS

  • This is what happens to me but i havent seen people yet. My sleep paralysis started a week ago. A tip for anyone that has it sleep on ur stomach trust me it wont happen idk why

  • I don;t have this anymore, but when I was little like 3 to 5 it was every damn night. There was this Grinch doll I hated and it chased. When time I saw it in a dark room in a chair rocking back and forth. the human brain hates us lol

  • OMG! finally! u did a great job on this video, exactly how i felt. Okay, this is just my crazy idea, but to whoever out there that is experiencing this, i think whenver you do feel that way, the best thing is to try to put ur feet around, your fingers and hands won't but if you try hard enough, i think your feet will. do it with ur eyes closed to avoid all those hallucination. hope it help. it work for me most of the time.

  • Damn u iPod spell check :P

  • This has been happening to me since I was like 10 (I'm 16 now) it sure is freaky but it was never that serious for me... I can still remember my first time which is wen that bug blue monster from mobsters Inc was going to hit me w a guitar... It's funny as hell now but it scared the crap out of me at the time.. Just had one even less serious a few minutes ago :)... Still got pretty scared

  • I have sleep paralysis frequently, but most of the time I am able to move my upper body it's just my lower body that is paralyzed.

  • Hey man you did the mouvie! This is really how it happens

  • Lately i have sleep paralysis almost everyday :P!

  • That was funny.

  • @alexanderocks Yeah i know what you mean but sometimes you have to just wait it out this first started to me when I was 6 but I'm 16 now so I'm getting to the point where i'm starting to except it and fear doesn't set in like it use to be.

  • Are the perceptions really false? When an actual person steps in the room during an episode, they feel just as real as the perception.

  • One of the worst terrors is a girl out of the kitchen with a knife!

  • good video by the way, you've been doing a great job!en put it right how it can be(is)

  • @drummerboy3333 - thanks for the kind words mate.

  • its not always that bad, good! i expierienced this myself the first time!

But now i can some realy funne stuff with it, yesterday night satan wants to dragg me to hell and i said no way dude im staying right here whith all the sarcasm i had in me!hey laughed about me, and i laughed back and it was realy funny, but the time i realy burn thats scary but flying and just laugh at satan is awesome!

My enlish is not so good becausse im dutch and never could pay many atention at scool:P

  • Sleep Paralysis is real. Is your spirit waking up/interrupted from sleep.

    People can move.

Google: Vip Pass to the Spirit World Sleep Paralysis

  • @alexanderocks hmmm but mine my eyes is open but i can moan

  • I'll have to try to film myself one day

  • @alexanderocks are u serious! class???? wow! i woulda freaked out too!

  • @alexanderocks i cant open my eyes or anything!

  • @ProphetJStubbsJr no, you can!

  • My episodes are like that. Except, things look much more surreal from my point of view!

  • If you can control your fear and panic than you can awake those muscle.

  • then why do we fel a presints

  • I just made a video about the ghost that is chasing me in my bedroom. Go check it out. "Ghost in my bedroom (True Story) Sleep Paralysis"

  • I have sleep paralysis often for the past three years it got intense these day sometimes twice in one day :(...

I kinda got used to it, but damn every time there's this scary object that I had to see always! I try to close my eyes knowing that I am dreaming but I end up opening them and the object is closer to me not being able to move or anything.

  • @alexanderocks i cant either, bt i think people confuse reality and dreams, cause ill have my eyes wide open while experiencing sp, and i see things, but its like my mind and body are at the same place in different dimensions..does that make sense?

  • Interesting video man. I've had a form of this before, however I had it when I was trying to get sleep. I still felt completely awake, but I couldn't feel my body and it felt like my hart had stopped and I wasnt breathing. Was very close to going to the doctors, until I found out about this. I havent had it since, and I think it was down to a sever lack of sleep and stress. It effects people differently. One person I knew felt like there was dark grey old woman sitting on his chest! Scary!

  • This has been happening to me since I was 5 and I am 25 now. I relax myself completely count to 3 or 5 and jump up quickly and sometimes I just say a quick prayer because I believe in god.

I definitely think there is more science to this than just demons and stuff. It can be scary at times. Make sure you relax yourself in anyway you can before you goto sleep and you will find that this won't happen. This usually happens to me when I am stressed before sleeping or I eat a huge fast food meal.

  • @weescott206 could you please give me some tips because the demonic figures are starting to really scare me, if you could that would be great

  • @weescott226 can you give me some advice on what to do because I am really beginning to get scared from the figures so if you could tell me some helpful tips that would be great

  • With my experiences, I dont actually see the figure, but I feel its presence, and I can sense it is around me. I know its all in my head but it feels so real. I hate this, I get sleep paralysis every two weeks now, its extremely terrifying.

  • nice going bro

  • my eyes started out with them being open a bit.. but not anymore.. i don't why that is o.O it's always closed now.. but only starting today, my sleep paralysis was tactile! it had touching in it... so my eyes were closed and someone was touching me. creepy kinda. but the first time i ever experienced SP, there was a dead girl in my peripheral whispering a sinister language really fast.. D:

  • i just experienced it today for maybe the third time ever but this time i didn't try to wake up as much and i kinda floated out of my body slowly and went out to my balcony to find the light. the other times i saw red and it felt like a demon was entering my body. it was crazy. as soon as it stopped i ran out of my room and i couldn't sleep the rest of the night. BTW i love your accent aussie (:

  • My dad does this.... i hope i dont develop this cause i already have sleep paralysis

  • @Reuben96 Same here man. First few times when I didn't know what the hell was going on were quite scary and I freaked out. Now when I have it I just wait for the ghost-like thing to enter my room and I just relax and stare at it and try to stay relaxed and try and turn it into a lucid dream. Worked a few times.

  • its not that bad

  • I think its kinda sad to see how many people who suffers from this.

I learned how to make it into a lucid dream and after that im trying to get it more.

Doesnt scare me at all anymore.

  • My experience with this is very scary. I call them sleep seizures. My eyes are open but everything I see is a blur and a loud buzz is going off shooting into my brain. It actually hurts to listen to this noise, like my head will explode. I open my mouth but no words come out. When i can scream is when I break out of paralysis. It's very scary.

  • This makes me laugh.

  • I hate this! It always completely freaks me out. I usually see a ghost-like figure standing next to my bed looking at me or I hear voices or footsteps in my room.

  • when you experience this instead of getting scared try floating out of your body its loads of fun & easier to do in this state of being also you must remember when its your time to go its your time to go no matter if your siting on a toilet or going for a jog & with that in mind relax think happy thoughts and have a OBE its fun there so much people dont no that we can do & only believe what they see touch or taste its redundant. you cant see the infrared spectrum but it exist dont fear understad

  • i have been to doctor about this . I can suffer from this every night for 2 weeks . i am used to it it dosent scare me i just wait for it too end . . I think the worst bit is that you have serious pressure on chest . when i was young it terrified me and i can tell you that sleeping with a radio on or a tv on even turn off the volume WILL help it calms you . If you want any help just mail me !

  • sandysconce@yahoo.com

I have this and I dont sleep at night anymore I sleep in the day time. If you need to talk email me.

  • i had this. best way to get out of it is to actually try and fall back into your sleep.

  • god

    thats gotta suck

  • I LOLd so much watching this video. So unrealistic. Too much cursing!

  • To video creator. Don't listen to the people saying that isn't what happens. They just have different episodes. In some cases. That's exactly what happens with me. Just not often am I attacked. Have you once experienced this?

  • @HindowsWacker - thanks for the kind words mate. No i have never experienced sleep paralysis ( i do however suffer from insomnia ) but i made this short from research and learning what others have gone through. thanks again.

  • @HindowsWacker i never get attacked when this happens to me...i think its less severe for me..i cant open my eyes like this..i can feel that i am awak i can hear everything around me but i cant physically move at all..if i try and open my eyes it feels like my eyes are stapled shut,

  • @harritaco : that's true, i even can't open my eyes ... i can only control my breath

  • I don't know if it's just me. But when I get it. I can move, barely. But can.

  • Sleep on you front side it will never happen. Roll over when you start to hear the sounds that come with is. I have had this for 25 years.

  • my sp episodes are never supplemented with a hallucination. i literally will just wake up, look around and panic because i can't move/breathe. it seems as if more people experience hallucinations more often than not. my mom has sp episodes and she experiences demons sitting on her chest. hmmm

  • This is the funniest thing ever, NOT SP (cuz thats serious stuff), but the way you portrayed it. Would you really curse that much?

  • @ytfjordan - i have never had it, but from what i;'ve read it really terrifying, so its possible.

  • @ytfjordan i did hahah i was like are yew fucking kidding me why the hell cant i move xD im not joking it just happend a couple mins ago

  • I started to lol hard at o:54

  • This isnt really an accurate depiction but meh. Ive had a face appear on a poster that i can only say looks like something from a lcd trip and snarl at me but i cant look away from it while paralysed. It was so vivid in this state of sleep paralysis that im sure it wasn't a dream. ive felt the compounding pressure on your chess and then i felt like a force ( not a person) was pushing me across my double bed. A force strangling you seems the most strangest and frightening experience imaginable.

  • if you ever get to making one on cataplexy--remember you can hear and feel all--your stuck for a few seconds*hour any thing in between-- with us can be up to an hour--of hay I'm awake not dead -- that object that I'v fallen on hurts like H*ll and no one is aware of it--please some one help me is all I can think about in my silent world---just remember to get the muscle tone right when your falling down--like a puppet having it strings cut---

  • on paralysis I see destroyed samara morgan (the ring) ;( there was not nice.. from fear I was felt as if I died

  • when i have sleep paralysis i see demons and mosters all around and on me scares the crap out of me thats why i like my dog sleep with me

  • iv had this kind of experience before where i cant move and i was trying to shout but couldn't . I had it before i joined the British army when i was 17yo and now 24 but i haven't had this bad and ugly feeling in about 2 years just hope i don't get it tonight after showing my girlfriend theses video's!!!!! Good video mate cheers from Scotland :)

  • Love the video man, I had sleep paralysis since i was a little kid and it happens to me alot

  • @bil0700 - thanks for the kind words.

  • ive had it with my wife laying right on top of my chest i thought this would make it stop but it didnt i call it the sandman because it feels like someone is throwing sand in your face and making you fall asslep even when you dont want to.

  • I have this multiple times a week too & I agree it's pure evil. In religious cultures they say when you feel someone is pushing you down it's the devil sitting on your chest. Ive never had that feeling but I can believe that bc 90% of the time he's in my hallucinations. This condition is verryy frightening.

  • @audridgaf couldn't agree more. I hear a little girl say my name, than scream and cry, and it slowly fades. I can then see a man leaning over me. He's smiling. I can't move or cry. twice in a row...God help me -__-*

  • yeah don't wanna moan about the vid but it kinda made light of how terrifying it really is. I suffered from it about 6 episodes a night about 3-4 times a week. Its much much darker and demonic, people don't have faces or identities. The hairs stand on the back of my neck thinking about it. Its usually accompanied by a high pitched scream too. Its purey evil, i am not religous but there is something highly demonic about it. Im a grown man scared of the dark.

  • OMG THAT i did this one time i couldet move it was scary a least it was only like 4 sec but the most few second of my life its very not cool expirence that

  • Damn

I can't even move my head or anything.

I can tell what's going on if someone is in my room too.

I'll like call out for help but they'll continue doing whatever :B

And my eyes aren't fully open which makes it annoying.

    And then I dream that I'm actually getting up but struggling and trying to get to my door to open it and show everyone what's wrong but then I just fall. O_e;;

  • @alexanderocks It's slightly different for some people. I for one, can sometimes move my fingers or, rarely, the right have of my body, but I'm limited to the amount of energy I can use.

  • lol, 1:51 "who the f*** is that?!"

  • Lmaoo this happen too me sometimes,, but i never see ghost or anything.. sometimes it feel like sumthin or sumone is pshin me into my bed.. or sometimes it sound like a fly is going in my ear LOL. I use to be scared but i got kinda use to it,, i still start to panic somtimes when it last too long..

  • I don't know what i have but I never see any kind of hag or evil presence, it's always something strange, that for some reason scares the hell out of me. Sometimes I can move a little, sometimes I don't move, sometimes I get up and don't know why I'm doing it. I'm always terrified of something and I feel like I'm awake until about an hour or two before I wake up and then I finally go into a deep relaxing sleep. BUT, my sleep study I guess said otherwise? ughh, need help!

  • lol go the boom mic shadow at 2.12

  • Its totaly not like that.

  • @xavier9706 --thought my head was full of fluff-----pwoc

  • ...you missed the floating part...:P cool video nonetheless

  • maybe you can get a job with the movie makers to show what nar and sleep paralysis realy looks likes--on rat race the guy who standing up whos having a nar attack --no thats not nar thats just something funny to laugh at--thats the movies for you

  • cataplexy is another sleep disorder along with narcolepsy and sleep paralysis- also HH- IH- P can't spell them- check out talkaboutsleep--theres a butt load of sleep disorders

  • wonder if you can make one on cataplexy---since you never experience one you did a pretty good job ----narcats......

  • @klyfly1 - cataplexy I'm not familiar with that condition what is it ?? thankyou for the compliment.

  • did you ever had a sleep paralysis episode?

  • @loogares - no I haven't.

  • I was seventeen when i first experienced SP. It was so frightening because i woke up and i could hear my family out in the living room talking and i was trying to scream for them to help but i couldnt open my mouth or say anything. I also felt like i was floating in my bed. It lasted for almost one minute. When i finally moved my big toe i actually landed on my bed as if i was floating. Im guessing that my back was arched up and i was paralyzed like that. It was to scariest day of my life...

  • is that beginning passage from wikipedia!?

  • @Exodus3003 - yes just tweaked.

  • The first time I had it I was about 18, I woke up feeling this pressure on my chest, I looked to see what it was and realized it was damn dvd case standing upward. Then I looked in my open closet, and there I was, looking at me on the bed, looking at me on the shelf in the closet. We looked at each other for a second, then closet me said " I'm Going To Kill You". Freaked me the fuck out. The whole time I couldn't move or anything. Then I woke up....Or was able to move...Whatever I dunno, Crazy.

  • One of the first times I got sleep paralysis I was like 10 and I woke up, couldn't move, and there was this white sheet floating directly above me and I felt hot air breathing into my ear. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night.

  • lol "where the fuck she go"

  • that bitch on top of that helpless guy is called that "Old hag" witch. I'm surprised she was wearing shorts and a shirt.

  • @ramir233 - lol this made me laugh. although that was not my intent as not all people see a witch or an "old had" but scary visions of what could be anything. thanks for watching.

  • @africanmarty but they are not hallucinations, they are real entities from the lower astral

  • @ramir233

I heard a witches laugh in my last paralysis! it was really creepy, is that the hag? I havnt seen her yet just heard lol

  • hey! what i must to do!! every night i got sleep paralys!! how can i do! i was pray! but not help.. im afraid!!

  • @nandyajoearmstrong When you have sleep paralysis try breathing slowly

  • Pretty good acting. As an American, the main reason I gave this video a like was because of the amazing accent. haha

  • @orrin4 - thanks :) its an aussie accent.

  • pretty accurate, i have it also... cept Its ghosts or aliens.

  • @keefieboi - thanks, i hope your coping well.

  • haha that's exactly what I say in my head when I get it.

  • There were a couple of times when I had sleep paralysis and tried to turn over...when I broke out of it for a second I turned my head into the pillow and fell into the paralysis again and thought that I was gonna suffocate myself to death...When I'd come out of it again, I'd be gasping for air...

  • When I had a SP episode I couldn't even move my eyes..

  • I've had this happen when i wasn't sleeping or even tired. i was sitting down doing my homework and all of a sudden i was FROZEN and i heard a freaky noise under my bed. i think it might be something paranormal.

  • "This is a short i made after i found out about the condition sleep paralysis, as i was learning about it i thought it would make a great idea for a short film."

When you will have sleep paralysis, make a video ... Because I had sleep paralysis today, and is very different from yours

  • @BazhenovMedia - i get alot of these comments stating "this is not what happens during sleep paralysis ect, ect. This is simply a low budget short film not meant to be intended as a 'real documentary'. Think if it more as a short film rather than a true to life demonstation

  • my experience with sleep paralysis happened when i fell asleep in class while we were testing so the room was dead silent. I remember feeling as if i woke up and got up out of my seat and leaning on my desk... Then feeling like i couldnt move, it was fuckin weird. then all of a sudden i walked to the front desk where the teacher was. and i turned around and looked at the whole class. when i looked to where my seat was, i saw myself dead asleep. Lucid Dreaming? i dunno, but cool feeling

  • 9000 views :) thanks guys. appreciate the comments and your experiences. - Marty.

  • my hallucinations were never that vivid. thank goodness.

  • i just start floating around my room, then as i snap out of it 15 seconds later i start spinning in circles really fast and snap back into my body and wake up its kinda cool but it still freaks me out while im in it. but i just tell my self oh this is just sleep paralysis its ok ill b out in a second just close my eyes but but some times wehn i close my eyes ill keep going from sleep to sleep paralisis over and over a couple times

  • I've had this happen 3 times in past 2 weeks once last Monday then this Tuesday and today thursday. I always feel my bed shaking then I guess thats when my mind wakes up then I feel paralyzed..last Monday I was convinced that my bed really was shaking. But these last 2 times I felt half asleep. Also it happened 2 me when I was around 12 or 13 except that one time I just felt paralyzed.

  • This happened to me when I was 7. It was weird. I had no fear or pressure, but this kid came in my room. I thought he was my brother because I was really sleepy when it happened (I don't have a brother lol) and I called out for him to go away. Then I called my mom as I continued to stare at him. My mom came in and turned on the lights and when I woke up for real, I was staring at the exact same spot. It scared the crap outa me. My friends thought I was crazy, claiming I saw a ghost.

  • pff I have this every day.... mostly it scares the shit out of you haha

  • @GlassBauT I know how you feel

  • I used to get freaked out when this happened to me. But now I can identify it when it's happening and relax and just wait for body to wake up. I haven't been able to fall back asleep yet like I know some people can when they realize it's happening, but I think I'm getting there. I've heard about people controlling it like lucid dreams too, I haven't been able to do that either. I kind of just chill and wait for a few minutes for it to be over.

  • @joebriggs7

indeed its the gateway to a great lucid dream. if you are experienced enough, like you said, and not force yourself to wake up, just go with the flow, you can enter the most woderful dreams you could ever imagne. I fly all the time, and its not like dream flying, cause everything seems much more real and you are in control. you can do all sorts of things that you can ever imagine.

i tell you its a gift, you just have to fight your way in :)

  • it happends to m, but i just get up and get something to drink ro do sumthing then lay baq down, but i noticed to only happens when im alone

  • I had this shit abut 3 times, and everytime some person is in my room either a doctor or some little girl, the girls tires to choke me and the doctor tries to make experiments on me, its so frightning my mom wont even believe me but its so frightning I want to cry only by thinking about this, it sucks so hard, I really hate this crap, I wish for it never to happen again...

  • @GlassBauT - sorry to hear it mate.

  • @GlassBauT dude, you might be having "spiritual issue" either your ancestors fucked up a lot of people or you did.

Pray to a deity or God every time you go to sleep and wake up, also do not eat anything before going to sleep. Try to communicate with words or with thinking to the doctor and the girl and say you're sorry that helps. the more you agitate the worst the feelings will last.

im no expert but that method freakin works most of the time.

  • @GlassBauT man i have been having this problem since i was 13 now im 14 and it so scary cause the buzzing noise is freaky

  • @GlassBauT

dont worry man, its just your brain making it up. i had this more than 100 times, you can actually fight them. you just have to realize its your own fear. The best thing you can do, is NOT trying to get out of it.

  • @highvoltaged sometimes it gets worse when you dont try to get out of it . ive had it since i was young and it goes beyond sleep paralyses belive me.

  • @GlassBauT im gladd my sleep paralysis dosen't get that bad. i just cant' move and see a shadow inthe corner of my room. nothing comes up to me. i think it's a ghost really.

  • wow omg iv never ever seen a video that sums it up like that exept for me i feel a blurry figure on my chest and it makes it veryy hard to breath

  • if ur in sleep paralysis just het back to sleep

  • "paralysis with the acute sense of danger "

pretty much sums it up for me.

  • lol mine feels nothing like this, when it happens I dont even have time to think cuz it happens so fast, I get spun to the ceiling by this dark figure in the corner of my room everytime and there's no time to even think.

  • Me to but if you do not sleep on your back it will not happen any more.

  • @Joevit78 you know that could be very true

  • Me, I never be ''paralysed'' like that, i'm in a verry horrifing neural dream when something ''inexplicable'' terrifing me and froze my entire body, it could be a sound, or a hallucination, a shadow, but i'm always dreaming, and suddenly, I wake up terrified.

  • defiantly didnt experience it. great idea all the same. from personal experience i can tell you that its pretty well impossible to stay calm and focused.. you dont check if you can move any parts of your body you just try to kick and scream as hard and as loud as you can because of the terrifying feeling you have. i dont see any wierd images when it happens but i feel like they are coming and i want to do everything in my power to snap out of it before they do... wouldnt wish it on anyone :S

  • The worst part if your breathing is still suppressed as it is when you are sleeping- and you can't get enough oxygen for your awake state- and gasp for air. It's terrifying. Sometimes I can force myself to sit up- but hen I try to not lay down again because I still feel like I will slip back into the paralysis and wont be able to breathe- it's awful- I had it since I was about 10 years old. I am 52 now. No one ever believe me til Shery Crow talked about it on David Letterman.

  • @Dirogo1957 If you do fall right back asleep u will fall into the sleep paralysis again i'm saying it from experience.

  • @Dirogo1957 i experienced it too. .can't move, my lungs won't function, wanna scream but can't, etc. and when i was out of it and finally woke up (thinkin' that i was ok) i start to get sleepy and eventually would start up again. .horrendous experience really. .it happened a lot of times. .what i do is that i get out of my bed, and sit on a chair for about 5 mins. and sleep. .when i wake up, it's already morning. ^_^

  • @Dirogo1957

the complex mechanisms can leave for a few "bugs" here and there like sleep paralysis, rest assured that in itself cant kil. Of course you have enough air to be in your awake state, as long as you are not moving you less less than the volume of a milk carton per minute. What is fucking with you is the area of your brain that is responsible for fear response. It tries to increase your heart rate and make your breathing faster, but you cant. You should calm down and try to lucid dream

  • very good short film on how it happens.. from what ive experienced, when i experience it, i dont see human forms, i see non human demonic forms or alien forms which makes it alot more frightning.. often times, the creatures growl as well...

  • thankyou :)

  • Africa this isnt realy what it's like to be honest, but i guess you can't spend too much money on getting all the stuff that happens, if you feel like making this again please feel free to ask me because it's nothing realy like what you showed, well to me anyway.

  • i get alot of these comments, your right it was just a low budget short not meant to be intended as a 'real documentary'. Think if it more as a short film rather than a true to life demonstation. thanks for the comment

  • It was a good low budget demonstation i mean i honestly wouldent spend over 50$ just to make a film so i ca understand you man, but if you do do somthing like this again in the future you can ask me because i'm not sensitive about it. :D

  • @TheSocioTownUploader thanks mate i'll keep that in mind.

  • Who ever made this film never experienced it!!! 1*

  • This has happened to me over the years but its been quite frequent over the past month or so ive never hallucinated different things happen tho sometimes im awake and try as hard as i can to move my body starts twitching and i snap out of it it usually works or hopefully someones around me and i start breathing real hard and they shake me or i open my eyes and start to panic but its mostly from sleeping on my back or uncomfortably.

  • It's happened to me. the trick to alert someone is breath very hard and fast. But it is extremely scary

  • exactly thats exactly what i do.....

  • it's nothing like that

  • @pranachimana - maybe yours are not, but from research for others its very much like that.

  • from research.. yea man.. prey that shit never happens to you

  • i do. i heard about some terrible experiances.

  • when i had it i was talkin and i really saw my cousin which she was there when i awakened

  • when i get sleep paralysis, i cant even open my eyes to see the hallucinations :(

  • @jessiica134 you wouldnt want too.

  • hahahaha! good stuff.. but sleep paralysis isn't..................where the fuck she go?

  • @matix45 actually it is. I experienced it just earlier today. mine wasn't scary, per say, in the sense of 'someone's in my house with a knife trying to kill me' it was just kinda creepy cause I had no idea what the heck was going on. I thought I woke up and just couldn't move. I saw my arm moving, reaching for something, and then it was just...not. basically it just disappeared. so it is like that.
