@kartikonugroho Infared LED's and LDR's right? Also, a question... Do you set up the LDR's to either side of the line, or do you set them up directly next to each other? I'm building a sumo bot and I'm going to use this concept to detect the edge of the ring, or if you have a different idea could you reply? Thanks.
@TheRobot452 : I set each of them separately, I suppose you to set it digitally, and also I suppose you to use photo diode, because it have better response than LDR
I use 8 sensors, 7 are at front, and 1 at the center of the robot. all sensor are connected to 8 channel of ADC. the sensitivity of sensor are programmable and adjustable.
you made your own PID line following program? or use existing PID program in d chip? how u callibrate d motor speed and torque with d line following car?

Yes, I made my own program.
AT Mega 16 didn't have "in chip PID control".
To control the motor speed and torque I use PWM, the value of the PWM is calculated by PID calculation.

yes, it's Atmel processor,AT Mega 16, the cheapest microcontroller with more feature that i needed to built my Line Follower.
