I don't understand the hatred towards certain tv shows... if you don't like them, then don't fucking watch them!! Simple as that.

For those of us who happen to enjoy watching the shows... lucky us! It is thanks to those shows that we maybe get to laugh histarically or shed a tear or two. Most importantly we learn of so many great bands/artists that otherwise we'd quite possibly never would've heard of.

Side note: I love this song. Thanks to a SHOW I found out about them & now I'm a fan. ♥

And although I do agree with you that sometimes an artists song being on a show can help gain them more recognition, would you not agree that sometimes that could draw in the wrong sort of listeners? Listeners that maybe the artist don't want listening? In the comments below, none of the ones that mention a Tv show mention how nice the song is...
