That would be a problem if someone DID blame Pakistan for filth in India, but no one did. You are assuming a hypothetical situation. Good to see the minister saying this openly and candidly. Indians as a people and the Indian government and NGOs must all focus on this problem and resolve quickly. It has health and financial implications and advantageous to be clean; but most importantly it is to do with self respect.
