I'm sorry to say this but... NO Goldeneye without the original Characters or Original Level Design can be Goldeneye for me... and personally that last "Cradle Level" which I couldnt tell was Cradle until the very end, was too massive and looked more like a Halo Level more than a 1990's Antenna, could be a cool shooting experience but calling it goldeneye... NO!!!

I always thought GoldenEye could have had a better ending, in the game and the film. Perhaps Alec could have fallen into the helicopters propeller and churned up. It just seems a bit silly that he just fell to the floor and died (and had the facility fall on him)

This part is some boring/frustrating shit. They could've added some variety to the gun battle at the end instead of just shooting henchmen, shooting Trevelyan, shooting more henchmen, shooting Trevelyan, shooting even more henchmen, shooting Trevelyan again, shooting some fucking henchmen AGAIN, shooting at that prick Trevelyan for the billionth time. The end of this game is such bullshit. Who decided that the last level of any game should be nearly impossible? This isn't fun, and it ruins the entire gameplay experience. This game went from a 9.5 to a 6 out of 10, because of this bullshit. I will be weary before I buy any more video games, and of the trend continues I'm just gonna throw the Xbox in the garbage. I played the game in 007 difficulty and beat the console protection part after a few tries but screwed up when the timer started cuz I didnt realize I had to button mash to open some doors. So I restart the mission and now I can't even get past the console part ugh. Was trying for a couple hours and died or console got destroyed. I don't want to enable auto aim but man its frustrating.

This is the most pointless and waste of time level I have ever played in my life! What's the point in shooting the same guy hundreds and hundreds of times, when right at the end you kill him with like 1 head shot? and you're like WTF, I SHOT YOU IN THE HEAD LIKE A MILLION TIMES!!!! Stupid level ever. This has actually ruined the entire game for me, as I thought it wasn't that bad, but from now on I'm actually telling people to give this game a miss cause it's just totally stupid.

@x360achievementhuntr okay, give it a break, ists how the old goldeneye was too, you shoot him a million times and he doesn't die. its because the games supposed to be like the movie, this is supposed to be an epic gunbattle, its more of a survival mission than killing him right away, its not epic if its oh hes dead. its supposed to make it to the end of the film. with the little battle for the gun. its overall a good game, and i liked the last mission.

However, the missions prior to the final mission were very good in my opinion, and I like how there is more stealth unlike COD or Battlefield. I like the game overall but this mission was disappointing!

What is strange is on this mission I literally just ran around in the open shooting everyone and knocking them all out most of the time and I pretty much did it within a few tries. The worst part was when she went to 3 pcs lmao I was sweatign haha, but it wasn't the end of the world, you just had to keep moving :( It was a bitch though! But not sure why I wasn't dieing easier. I was on 007 Classic too (I HOPE I BLOODY WAS ANYWAY)!!!!!!

I have beaten this on 007 Classic after many tries. On the final battle keep/use the ACOG + stabilizer/suppressor M16 weapon as this weapon has good stopping power. Enter the area and head left out on the balcony. From the balcony shoot Trevelyan either on the 2nd or 1st floor. It is best to fire 3-4 bursts and retreat to cover. When enemies come line up in the opening so you can see the opening to the left (and no more). Repeat. Reload then run to elevator. Press button on right. PSNID=IBeMark
