What is with the stupid fucking crowd...making noise through the whole intro. People shouting things throughout the whole song. How retarded can you be?! Singing is obviously acceptable, but the idiots shouting things should be thrown out of the fuckin show.
What a song! I still get goosebumps hearing it and Myles is spot on vocally (as usual) I use this song in my short amateur film, the film is about a young man whose girlfriend has passed away.

I bend to every one of Myles's whims. I stare at the screen waiting to hear him start singing again, everytime there's a break in lyrics. He's pretty much too amazing for his own good.

Christian or not Tremonti wrote this song for his dieing mother... Pretty crappy you all are knocking the song for the wrong reasons. Well written song and some great music behind it...
This might sound rude because I understand this song probably means a lot to many different people but I can't help thinking it falls flat after the first minute. The opening riff is amazing and then it breaks away into dicky, christian sounding rock. Such a disappointment I think.
If you think the song falls flat after the first minute you should maybe try listening for more than one minute. Christian rock is NOT a special sound, for example Skillet does not sound like Alter Bridge. This song is one of their best, cause it's written with real emotion, that's what I call music.
According to Tremonti in a recent interview, AB III will be out this summer at the earliest and this fall at the latest. The Creed tour will probably go from March-May or June, and then AB will finish up the album if they still have work they need to do on it. AB will start a European tour in the fall of this year followed by a US tour. I hope they come near me on the US tour. They seem to be one of if not the best live band around right now.

My Great Grandfather is my inspiration behind this song... We were very close. I showed this to him the day he died, I promised him I'd play it for him someday... So now I'm working toward getting my music out to the world. My whole drive behind my dream is so I can play this one song... I still love him a lot, and I miss him. Rest in peace, Papaw Chuck.

actually creed is back together. they are going on tour and releasing another album. but they are back together. alter bridge is staying together both myles and mark have stated that many times
