I really liked the defendant, awesome attitude, and she didn't go overboard with her reaction (I do understand it was wrong in a legal way, but I'd most likely cheer her up if I was with her and help her out). The plaintiff is a douchebag, and hopefully one day he'll steal the wrong parking spot, and comes back to a broken down car with no window left intact.

I have learned in many situations that you should never put yourself in a position where you may be liable for anything. We need to be the one to just walk away from these meaningless things. Even though the other person is arogant, remember its them not you that suffer from this. Bad behaviour on your part of whatever level can lead you to legal consequences you don't need.
