78ladygaga, piercings are temporary.... You can take them out and let them close. Sure there'll be a scar, but you can always cover that (if on your face) elsewhere it shouldn't matter. Only thing I say that isn't temporary is ear stretching 1"+ (It's said to be 0g, but people are different)
