i think the better way is 1st to maintain your eyes to the lower left corner of the screen . 2nd , note that as her right foot go towards the screen, just try to imagine as her right foot is to move inward as if she's at counterclockwise direction.... then you can see the alternative perspective

if you cover the top half and focus really hard on the legs it doesn't even look like she is doing a spin its like she is going left to right then right to left back and forth

Wow that took a while. The comment about reading comments helped - I saw her clockwise nonstop until I tried looking offscreen, then gradually I saw her go counterclockwise. Then finally I realized it's a flat animation symmetrical to both sides, and in order to invert the cycle you just have to mentally push that leg either back in the picture or pull it toward you alternating. It helps to cover her top as you invert it.

When I'm reading comments and trying to focus on them - I see spin to the left :D

I enjoy focusing on the stationary foot and imagining I have a string attached to that big toe. As the foot moves I can pull on the string and cause her to go side to side but never spin completely around... until I look up at the torso. The brain and and human perception is amazing! Thanks for posting.

i no how it works it is really mathmaticaly backed up this shape is so perfect that when turned on a slight andle it has a perfect line of symetry so perfect your brain is so confused it usualy goes with the common movement clockwise

For me the foot she is standing on is rotating clockwise but the rest of her body counter clock wise but I also see it vise versa.
