I want to thank you for teaching me the one two when I miss a headshot, that usually comes in handy in close range encounters. When I mess up and there's some out of knife range I usually zoom and quickly shoot(quick scope I guess) and then finish them off with a couple shots with a pistol and its very effective

I find it strange that you never mentioned the "diving". Doing this while using ur knife reduces the chance of getting hit by firearms, but even if you hit your enemy and a shroud of smoke appears he might not die. But I still prefer diving before standing/crouching and knife.

I consider any form of 'diving' technique to be cheating. Even after all this time, EA has done a poor job of reducing them. When the game first came out it was really bad. You could kill a guy with a knife from 10 feet away. CoD Modern Warfare is even worse. The knife is becoming the most powerful weapon.

A knife should only kill if you can sneak up behind th guy.

Enemy Territory did it best. Knife kill icon that appeared on the enemies back "IF" you had snuck up behind him.

Theres one thing about claymores, theres also two tips how to avoid them, prone over em, or throw smoke grenade, which deadactivates the claymore, and you can run over it freely :)

Although its possible, That is highly unlikely.

What is more realistic is that someone(probably a sniper) has done the dirty work for you and knocked thier health down to 2 bars. Then you came along with your pistol and finished him off making you think you one shot killed him.

I know this because I am a master of the Kill Assist. People are always stealing my Kills before I can finish them off.

Get Special Forces (The Expansion Pack) play it a bit. There you go you have 6 new weapons to unlock (You need points obviously) It's call the L96A1, #2 British Top Sniper Rifle.

that's cause m95 was originally designed for anti tank purposes but the us army saw no point for a rifle with that capability so it was given minor modifications for increased accuracy and sold as a higher caliber sniper rifle

the claymore has a triangular motion sensor and also a certain height that'll trigger it, the height is about twice the size of your body. It's possible to jump over it.. just as long as you don't trigger it.

yeah that happens to me too. I often put well placed claymores in areas that are bound to have at least 1 enemy go through it, but then some n00bs on my team would just set them off, making my claymores look useless -.-.

you go prone, and crawl past it. Makes it so a sniper has to work to get a claymore kill, you can't just drop it in the middle of the road anymore.

it's not a "Package" it doesn't mater what level you need to wait for. You need to get special forces then play for a little bit and you can unlock 6 new weapons. All you need to do, get unlock credits after you ranked up and use it on whatever weapon you want. The L96A1 was my second unlock after the M95 (Poor Rifle)

whats the longest range you make CONSISTENT kills at?

I use it at 200+ meters, and just as in real life, pistols are not accurate at this range. If you only use the pistol on targets which are 50 meters or less from you, them I can see why you THINK it an accurate weapon.

Its all online multiplayer. The single player aspect of the game sucks because the AI is so easy to defeat even on the easiest setting.

The game was designed to be played online and is best experienced in that way.

Fraps, they have a free version. It limits you to 30 seconds and puts the name at the top. thats what I used for most of these Untill I got the full version.

That depends how you look at it...

You spawn in with a set amount of ammo dependant on what class you choose. So you initial load out is limited.

However you can get supply drops, and the support class can hand out supply packs. Each will give help you reload when you are low on ammo.

If you run out, you can always pick up the kit of dead soilders and have whatever ammo they didn't use up.

Between the above listed items you should never run out of ammo.

I have my expert sniper combat badge, and i think im pretty good. In your videos you look REALLY good lol.

So why dont you scope in with your pistol? Its alot more accurate, and in this video it takes 5-7 shots to get the kill, when i can normally take an enamy i have got a body shot on with 2-3 bullets while scoped in.

I scope in with pistols depending on the situation. The videos don't show much of it.

I am usually using it at well beyond the effective range. Because of how the scoped in view draws the pistol, I find it easier to line up the shots without zooming in. Most of the time I am just unloading the clip to hopefully finish off the wounded target.

I guess you could call it my flaw, I'm not a master of everything.

A good trick with claymores is. That if you kill someone, to place a claymore in them. That way when the medic comes to revive him he gets blown away.

btw, i watched all of your sniperschool videos, and the 400 meters and the 400meters again, the snieprschool videos helped me out yesterday( first time playing bf2) its hard sniping to, i know its hard to aim with someone else his gunsight, i got a "gun" 4.5mmits airpresure thing not a toy but like hunting, ( doesnt coems far, but i can hit a target at 100m with out a scope, just iron sight, but its hard becaus its not mine sight)

I just picked up a 1915 .303British Lee Enfield with open sights about a week ago. I took it out to the range and it shoots great. Hit a chest sized steel target at 800 yards 7 times with 10 shots total. The first three were misses because of the heavy wind. Once I had it corrected the pings told the story.

No camera out that day, so its just a fishing story...

I wish there was a way to disengage claymores to prevent teamkills. I hate that when that happens when i completely put a grenade perfectly on a claymore and it explodes it doesn't go away! ARGH!

i think it may be possible with an engineer coming from behind it. i know engineers can disarm at mines, and c4 as well i think. if you are cautious, you might be able to disarm it without killin urself.
