i don't think that there is a record of mongolian nepalese migrating from tibet to Nepal.. definately mongolian nepalese and tibetan are genetically related......thousand of years ago there was no borders, people were hunters and gatherers.....they moved around in search of better land .... mongolian nepalese just happened to be in nepal when Nepal was first formed....so i don;t think we can label it as migration to nepal.. they were already there before Nepal was even formed.....

I'm a Tibetan 100%, and i can tell you that from my viewpoint mongol nepalis look more far more similar to indonesians than Tibetans.

BUT I HAVE correct when he introduced this song as a song written by the 6th Dalai Lama Actually it is written by an exile Tibetan who is now a Professor in Canada. I believe his name is Mr. Thupten Samdup. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

dude the khasas of Nepal came from Iran, Kashmir and other places. The Gurungs came from Mongolia, The Kirats came from Burma. The Madhesis came from India.

But when they came there was not country called Nepal or Tibet and if there was they didnt mean the country as we mean today. Back then Nepal was only kathmandu and the jurisdiction of Tibet was only around Lhasa and some places. Everyone has their own kings and rulers. So what they believe they are is Nepalese not Chinese
