I was born in the NE, I've lived almost all of my life on the two coasts, mostly in the North. Then about a year and a half ago I moved to Oklahoma and I absolutely love it, I finally feel like I am where I belong and around people who share my values. I'm glad OK is a fly-over state, the thing that makes it special are the people, worth ethic, values and morals, and as long as people on the coasts who don't have that keep flying over instead of landing then places like OK will remain special.

I live in Kanas and a couple pickup broke down last fall from Colorado. I work for a ford dealership and I had room in my house and offered them to stay with me for the weekend. I was honered to have been giving the chance to show them our big bright orange harvest moon and meet such a down to earth couple. There is such beauty in all these states that Jason mentioned that a lot of ppl don't relize cuz the stay on the highway and interstates. Best song I've heard in a long long time

I love Indiana! My high school had cows next to it, and corn/bean fields right next to the cows. For a few years I got woken up by plows or harvesters. We had tractors on high ways and state roads and it was as normal as anything else. I would not give up this place for anything. It will always be my home.

This is one of my favorite songs from the new album. Really speaks to me as I'm a country boy and just makes me even more country. I just don't understand the city slickers and how they hate the country, but that's okay cause they can have the city and leave the country for me.

This song is amazing!! Being from Indiana and being a huge Jason Aldean fan... This song means a lot to me!! I've been in an airplane and have seen all the farmland! To me, it is a beautiful sight!!! :) I've also seen it first hand and have seen the hard work that is put into it and the pride. So glad Jason recorded it and who better!!! He has had some awesome hits but to me, this one is the best!! :)

Got bored a few weeks ago and went for a little drive... I left New Jersey, and went down the coast as far as Florida, across the gulf states and through Texas into New Mexico. Then I headed north through Colorado, Wyoming and Montana, then east through the Dakotas. This album was released when I was in Minnesota and I picked it up that day... Immediately 'Fly Over States' spoke to me, and was the soundtrack for my drive back to New Jersey!

I love this song, and Jason Aldean rocks!

I live in Steubenville, OH a small town in eastern Ohio. Home town of Dean Martin. I have driven I-74 and I-80 so many times back and forth heading out west. Such a beautiful part of this country. Sad how unappreciated and taken for granted it is.

@x1SaTuR7V51 I live in Berlin, OH (Holmes County with the huge Amish population) and I know what you mean about "fly over country" being taken for granted. I wouldn't have wanted to be brought up in any other part of the country. I go to school out in Indiana so it was cool to hear Aldean mention it in this song. I do a little bit of song writing myself and had an idea for a song called "fly over country" and then I got Aldean's new cd and found out he beat me to it!
