  • there is a much easier way to do this knot lol.

  •  Thanks.

  • Thanks!!

  • Thank you so much!!!

  • thanx!

  • Nice video - I like the comments about inaccurate practice. As a musician I learned early on (the hard way) about this - and it applies to everything, not just tying knots or playing an instrument!

  • I learned doing sutures with hemostats and a pig foot.

  • What kind of suture material is most commonly use?

  • @J0Gu7 Vicryl is pretty good.

  • @J0Gu7 Nylon is the most common used for skin suturing. Vicryl is an asborbable suture, high tensile strength.

  • way too many breaks in the video for music and segment titles. take those out and it will be way easier to follow.

  • thanks you so much... i spend so many hours trying to get this until i saw your video, now i am driving everybody nuts tying knots on everything :), i will pass on the knowledge to whoever wants to learn..keep up, i am an internal medicine guy by the way, so you really did a good job teaching a surgery moron like me.

  • muito obrigado!

  • thanks a lot. explained like this it sure gets easy

  • thank you!!

  • this is the easiest way to make a surgical knot, imo. and you're even pretty sure they are laid the opposite directions, thing that can't see as clearly in the "karate chop" technique. Thanks for this!

  • thank u

  • good music at the beginning.

  • I did it! Thanx!

  • huston,we have a problem ! :D

  • @RINO2006 Yeah someone took the "o" !

  • Thank you a lot! Very, very helpful :D!

  • Thanks so much! This helped me a lot.

  • very helpftul.. thanks for putting this together

  • Thank you, very clear explanation.

  • This is the clearest explanation of a two-hand tie that I've found online.

  • Thanks so much. The video was most helpful.

  • any explanations of other knot techniques?

  • great explanation, it was very useful to me! now i'm going to practice

  • mduft58, the reason this technique is more complicated is because there's a "needle" on the string that doesn't move. Only the left one goes around the right one. It's safer for surgical purposes.

  • Excellent!

  • That was the most complicated method of tying a square knot that I have ever seen!! Take the ends in your hands and start by right end over left, then left end over right, done!! Right over Left, Left over Right, that's all!

  • Thanks for the advice for dummies - now I can do it!

  • My compliments to you...that was splendid!

  • i wasn't able to learn it until i saw this video. 10/5 stars.

  • best explanation i've seen of this

  • us citizen studying in spain

  • this was awesome! thanks!

  • you're an idiot.

  • The name of the textbook is TESTUT & Latarjet, you moron! Before criticizing other people's knowledge, pay attention at yours.

  • Yeah sure our medicine sucks that's why thousands are flocking here every year from foreign countries for procedures. Speaking of surgery maybe you should go get someone to implant a brain in your head and excise the dick from your ass.
