  • I have this wah and absolutely LOVE IT!

  • Rooster!

  • Hi, is it true bypass?

  • What kind of Les Paul?! Amazing and looks beautiful!

  • Sounds great and you nailed the playing and tone too, nice work :D

  • friend told me about the kh95 pedal, was thinking about it then remembered alice in chains has some sick sounds with the wah....saw this vid, now i'm convinced on getting it!!

  • Great Sound

  • I freaking love this wah. Such a straight forward wah, but versitle wah as well with the knob on the side.

  • 1:02

  • does anybody else think that the single man to use the wah pedal the most incharacteristically and frequently happens to be the one who doesnt know HOW to use one??? Kirk Hammett ring any bells???

  • what a fantastic looking les paul...i want

  • i NEED this pedal!

  • Man In The Box :Q______________

  • ほしい!

  • love at first sight!

  • what kind of Les Paul do you use ?

  • Any tips on settings for that sweet tone you have? It sounds so close to Cantrell's

  • dude great video...i love the pedal and jerry's tone man..dude i really wanna emulate that sound with my pedal..i have a zoom G1x multi effects pedal..any idea or tips on getting that tone????plzzz reply..thanx...

  • Why is the pedal lying in the backyard?

  • any tone suck? Is this better than the 535q. I play rock, blues and metal

  • well done on the Man in the Box solo

  • WOW! Kickass wah pedal! Of course it is, if Jerry Cantrell puts his name on it, you know it's gotta be great. This is the best sounding wah I've ever heard.

  • this or the slash wah

  • wow I need this pedal.... I like my hendrix signature wah but this one sounds sickkk

  • damn nice LP...

  • @materf1king sure thing...just push down on the rocker and start wacka-wacka-ing :)

  • Safe to say that chain was guitar > Wah > Dirt > Amp?

  • @LegendofPelliott yep. Thanks for watching!

  • what pedal do you use at 0.58 when you change the sound of distortion?

  • @stavroswrc hes not using a pedal i think hes just muting the strings

  • @ButtheadisJesus oh yes man! i didnt know this technique.. thanks a lot

  • Haha, listening to you play the intro to Get Born Again made me flash back to learning it in high school after picking up the Nothing Safe compilation.

  • @andythefork yeah, i learned it in high school too...been awhile...had to relearn it to put it in the video lol.

  • the beast wah

  • fuck slashes wah. CANTRELLS S THE SHIT!!!!! ROOSTER BABY!!

  • What amp where you using?

  • @DrEviscerator666 Dr. Z Maz 18 head into a Laney cab. Dirt came from an MI Audio Crunch Box.

  • @ToneFactor about where is the fine tune knob in this demo

  • @chcknhntngottaloveit it's either full clockwise, full counterclockwise, in the middle, or anywhere in between the three

  • I own this pedal and it is nothing short of incredible sounding.

  • Sweet tone, dude!

  • most of these questions must be from a really young crowd. like what guitar is that or what song is that. lol jesus man

  • just buy a regular crybaby. they are the best you can get.

  • This is how pedal/amp demos should be. No talking, all playing. Bought one of these today mainly due to this video.

  • I got the Kirk Hammett wah wah. I want this one too man. Killa

  • This is the best sounding Crybaby I have owned. I want to try the new Budda wah though. I also have a modded Vox that kills that I am trying to compare to the JC. Dunlop got this one right!

  • rooster sounded AMAZING. great video this is a must buy

  • After much deliberation, finally broke down and bought a Cantrell signature crybaby to replace my vintage Vox wah. Love my vox, but a pain to gig with being a vintage pedal (only runs on 9v battery and it's taken a beating already - should save it for studio work cuz it really is a beauty). Gonna see what it's like with a strat when it arrives early next week.

  • Now does this pedal only give the Cantrellness of the wah, or could that little nob there be used to control tones so I can make it sound like a regular crybaby? or do you only get one sound please reply :)

  • @miamidfinsfan2613 I believe it just affects the sweep of the wah, giving it more deep or high sweep

    Its Cantrellness through and through

  • you people need to listen to the album "dirt" that's the album they really matured as a band in. it's depressing that you people dont know half or more of these songs.

  • Great review!

That standard faded looks and sounds awesome!

Which amp was used in this demo?

  • im getting this one.thats the kind of wah sound ive been looking for

  • 160 bucks? idts

  • fuck thats an fantastic riff.

  • hey what was the song in the beginning

  • @headbagger63 Dam That River

  • @ToneFactor thank you i couldn't think of it i knew i recognized it

  • @ToneFactor I love that dam song!

  • im more interested in the guitar.. what guitar is it?

  • @MrUnseenBucket Gibson Les Paul standard w/ Burstbucker Pro pickups.

  • @ToneFactor what color is the guitar? honey burst? cant tell

  • great sounding wha! classic sound with some extra balls in the heel down position,

I like that the toe down can be adjusted, it "cries" like a wha should, and yes it looks great !

  • whats the difference between this and the ZW wah?

  • Hi, the sound and your demos are quite interesting. However, i would like to know what the fine tune knob does? Is it good for higher notes also because mostly the demo shows the lower notes being played. Hope you could demo also using each of the adjustments on the fine tune knob. It really helps on deciding whether i would go with this or with the KH95. Thanks..

  • Damn, this kicks the shit out of my original cry baby

  • whats that song called that starts at 1:26?

  • @neroroxxx "Dirt"

  • @neroroxxx do you even know Alice in chains?

  • How does it handle cleans? If it can do that, then I'm totally sold on this bad boy.

  • @ZepIV handles cleans exeptionally well, nice and smooth.

  • it sounds like a darker version of classic wah just what i need thanks for the demo i needed to know

  • That is a sweet wah

  • what are the songs at the credits i know the first one is grind what are the next two?

  • @chcknhntngottaloveit 2nd is "Again" 3rd is "Sunshine

  • @rocknrolloutlaw83 Damn that river, Rain when I die, Dirt, man in the box, Rooster, get born again. Not to much of an AiC fan eh..j/k

  • @aspen77rt nononono you got it all wrong man lol.. the dude was asking what songs were in the closing credits...everybody know's the demos with the pedal... and I'm a huge fan sir

  • @aspen77rt "dam" that river ;P

  • @chcknhntngottaloveit Again and Sunshine

  • Nice demo... Compared to a SW95, which sounds better in your opinion? Can you demo a sound on every turn of the fine tune knob so that we would know how each sounds? Thanks...

  • does this pedal sound like his talkbox but in a wah?

  • DAMN THAT RIVER!

  • i like how he had the lyrics to Black gives way to Blue put on it.....a great tribute to Layne staley. I want this wah so bad now!

  • hey dude i'm thinking about buying this pedal my question is is it really a good sounding pedal? and well also the reliability issue there's no chance the power button breaks up or something? thanks man great demo, great playing, love alice in chains and love your sound

  • @davemustainfield95 As far as the tone goes it sounds great, really deep and throaty (but not muddy). Reliability is definantly not an issue. Personally I prefer a big wide sweep in a wah, but the Cantrell is more along the lines of the Hendrix wah and Crybaby Classic (smaller sweep), so its all a matter of personal taste.

  • nasty! not a wah guy but I gotta try this one out

  • it would sound good if i play something like voodoo child with this crybaby?

  • @claudiodifazio14 Honestly man, it has the exact same sweep as the Hendrix crybaby, but with a darker heel down tone. The fine tune knob adjusts how dark or bright the toe down position sounds. The biggest plus though is that it looks killer.

  • @ToneFactor I just bought the original cry baby wah today... (well...the original model type) and I saw this online.... I like how it sound, how much did you get it for? I'm probably gonna go in tomorrow and trade it in possibly. You say its got a darker heel down then a normal wah, and you can adjust the toe down for brightness or darkness right? hrmmm....I think I gotta go back to the shop tomorrow haha.

  • finally a decent demo for this

  • jism

  • that pedal looks sick
