lol, this is the Qur'an. Every Qari is good if he is doing it for the love of Allah (SWT). But yes, you have to be pretty amazing for someone to imitate you...Al-Afasy has imitated Ali Jaber - Basfar and Matrood do daily... And come on, you have to agree he imitates Ali Jaber?

No, he is originally from Burma. But he has been living in Saudi for a really long time.

My teacher knows him, so that's the only reason I know about where he is from...of course, it doesn't matter where he is from originally. He is just awesome, masha Allah!
