  • I stole 1 of they moves from 1 of the others posted. On some real,shit I do it in the gym. Its where you hold the pull up bar and kicc your feet up towards your head but bring them down halfway real slow. I went from like 3 reps like 2 sets to now 5 sets of 10 and I do cables for the ABS between each set so basically a super set. Real talk I for ABS now. And nobody in the gym can do it lol they say shy like damn man how you do that and these cats are in shape lol...of course eat better it works

  • I found this very inspiring and amazing. I have never seen anything like this. Ive seen "Anibal for king" - he is fantastic. But this also blows your mind. A lot respect from me. I would do this exercises...but i am afraid for my joints. Doesnt your joints hurt when you do this. Becuse it all cracks when i do. Must be the geneticks ;) Take care!

  • No disrespect, though your pull-ups are barely even half-reps at that! Full range of motion is the perfect form on all exercises...granted NOT extreme range of motion, just perfect range of motion...safely of course!!! To fully exert your lats, traps and rhomboids, you have to extend fully, not half way!!! Still very impressive and very fit and still very strong...whatever works for you though, whatever you find the best for you is and is the safest for you...is the best for you to do!!! PEACE!
