These guys are Korean, because if you pause at 0:24 , in the bottom-right corner of the LED screen it says Seoul Square (Seoul is the capital of South Korea for those of you who don't know much), and at the beginning, they arrive in a Hyundai Entourage (Hyundai is Korean)... I believe it's a Hyundai because of the Red lamps on the inside of the doors; my Hyundai has those exact same ones.

I don't think, that they were really tracking the movement of the dancer. I think, the video for the led screen was produced before that event. And the dancer and guitar player moved the same way. When the singer is carried of the stage at the end his legs are close together. On the screen the legs are spread. But it an amazing video. A lot respect to the technician who installed that huge leg wall.

Around 0:55, the dancer starts singing, and he points to the camera, then lowers both his hand and finally spreads his arms out a bit. But on the screen, you can see him pointing, then the hands stay there while the dancer lowers his. You can clearly see the screen making a different movement to get to the "spread arms" position. Either way, this is fairly awesome.
