If you want, you can look at this in the same way. What was stated about the overthrow of Iran in 1953 can be verified easily enough, yet it's not known. This is not being discussed on CNN or FOX.

Wolf Blitzer is not a very good comparison; he is a known disinformationist, and one should be wary of his opinions. Maybe he's trustworthy on things like natural disasters, but on politics and other issues...?

The British and American involvement in Iran since 1953 is no secret, except to people who can't be bothered to read.  My point was that Chomsky is so wishy washy on things like 9/11 that he is well past his listen-to date. Why not make a video of yourself? Why use Chomsky?

I don't doubt your motives or sincerity, with regard to "telling it like it is", but using Noam Chomsky as a vehicle for doing so seems to be counterproductive, because of his fast-waning credibility. Perhaps I am too single minded, but anyone who either thinks that the official story of 9/11 is true, or thinks that it is a waste of time and energy to try to reveal the truth about it, can be of little or no relevance, with regard to his or her opinions on other important issues.

The 9/11 alternative scenarios cannot now be dismissed as "conspiracy theories". Unlike Roswell and the CIA/Kennedy link, there can be absolutely no doubt that the official 9/11 report was as bent as a $3 note. For a start, not one of the aircraft which crashed that day has ever been forensically identified, by the NTSB or any other entity, using serial numbers from any of the recovered parts. If Chomsky or you do not know that, then why should I think either of you are worth listening to?

Chomsky is not a conspiracy theorist and perhaps that's why he doesn't rush to jump on the 9/11 conspiracy band wagon. If you pay attention... everything Noam has ever said is actually unclassified data. That's what's so amazing about his body of work in my opinion.

I'd like to interject there. As far as Noam's credibility, he has always been FAR more well-regarded outside our borders. Most don't have an inkling who he is in the US. Second, his focus has always been on Foreign affairs and policy. His position of 9/11 being irrelevant, I agree with to an extent. It happened, whether it was internal or not the result was the same- they got the excuse they needed, and indeed worked for for so long. A fearful pop is a controlled pop.
